S19 Hotel-Al Jaddaf Metro Station Dubai

The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and easy access to Al Khail Road. The staff were supportive and friendly, especially Bridget and Bishnu who ensured our room was clean and tidy. The breakfast and dinner options were good, and the restaurant staff were nice and welcoming. a great experience for families with children.

Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

During my recent stay at S19 Hotel-Al Jaddaf Metro, I was pleased with the spaciousness of the room. The bed was not only huge, but also comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was equally excellent with its size and modern fittings. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, particularly Mr Sayed who provided a warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay. This hotel comes highly recommended and deserves more recognition.

While everything else about the hotel was perfect, the breakfast could use some enhancements to make it even better.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Al Jaddaf Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the hotel offers a 24-hour restaurant, a clean swimming pool, and stunning views of the city skyline.

The wifi signal in some areas of the hotel may be occasionally weak, but it is manageable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right opposite the metro station and close to the city centre. It was so convenient to travel everywhere in the city using the metro. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I particularly enjoyed the pool on the first floor with its fine view of the city, including the famous Burj Khalifa. The staff members were excellent, especially Lee at the reception, who ensured a smooth check-in and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and I appreciated that the bedsheets and towels were changed daily. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and well-served. I cannot think of any negative aspects of my visit.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
